Price Match

At New Vitality we will offer to match a competitor’s price for the same treatment provided it is using the same equipment and/or products and carried out by appropriately qualified staff.

 

The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors that operate in the same suburb as the New Vitality clinic the client is seeking to price match.

The Price Match Policy applies to all IPL hair removal, skin services, body toning services and products in store. The Price Match Policy does not apply to prices offered by any competitors’ on products via an online shopping/retail website.

 

Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price which must be current when seeking to price match and New Vitality may take further steps to confirm the validity of the price to be matched. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Match Policy, and if no maximum number of treatments is listed the number of treatments able to be purchased are limited to 3 per client.

 

Clients must mention the Price Match Policy at the time of purchase and and or at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Match Policy will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received.

 

The Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by competitors from group buying, discount or coupon websites. 

 

Pre-pay Policy

  • If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics.

  • Pre-pays have a 12 month expiry date (less than 10 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatments).

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the full cost of the booked treatment will be forfeited.

  • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

​Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict cancellation policy. To be fair to all clients, we ask all clients to respect our policy.

  • Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain 50% of your payment.

  • In the case of pre-paid package treatments, the full cost of the booked treatment will be forfeited.

  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded.

  • We don’t refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you simply don’t like it or have no use for it.

  • Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.

  • In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.

 

Purchases made online

  • Treatments purchased online by you through our website, continue to be regulated by New Vitality’s conditions of use; privacy policy; cancellation and refund policy. We may update the use and access of online purchasing including, but not limited to, allowing you to book treatments online and opt in or opt out of the marketing material that we may provide to you. You agree and acknowledge that the use of, functionality of, and any promotions offered by us through, the customer portal may be modified at any time.

  • If you disagree with any part of the information that is requested, please do not use the customer portal. Purchases can be made by telephoning a clinic or in person at New Vitality Clinic. Failure to provide requested information during the online purchase may result in the transaction not going through.

  • You agree and acknowledge that our standard terms for the purchase of all treatments, along with our Cancellation and Refunds policy and Privacy Policy apply to all purchases via the website.

  • You agree not to provide misleading, deceptive or false information. You agree to indemnify us against any claims made against us as a result of your non-compliance with these terms.

  • Treatments purchased online are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics.

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for any online purchased treatment appointment cancellations. If you cancel an online purchased treatment appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, we reserve the right to retain 50% of your payment.

  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be a satisfied client so if our service or product is faulty it may either be replaced or refunded.

  • We don’t refund for change of mind, however, we may use our discretion if we believe the treatments purchased by you, cannot be provided to you (eg, your skin type might be deemed as unsuitable for the treatment you purchased).

  • Any request for refund by you, for treatments purchased online through your customer portal, must be made in writing and issued to: info@newvitality.com.au, for our consideration. The clinic may decide, upon review of your written request, whether a refund is required.

Purchase of Retail Products

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind and/or possible allergic reaction.

  • Refunds will be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law. 

  • You agree to be bound by these conditions by purchasing retail product.
